The HR Project Delivery Manager will serve as the primary operational point of contact for enterprise clients and internal Customer Success teams. This role involves leading complex, multi-country onboarding implementations from an HR Operations perspective, managing timelines, risk registers, and critical path milestones. The manager will coordinate with internal HR Ops regional teams and collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to align resources and streamline program execution.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery, preferably within the EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS sectors. A strong understanding of global employment mechanics, including Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, and HR operations, is essential. Proficiency in managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using formal frameworks such as PMP or Agile is required. Excellent communication and consultative leadership skills are necessary, with the ability to engage effectively with VP/C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprise companies.
