HR Specialist

Key responsibilities include managing the PBHR inbox and ServiceNow queue to address employee inquiries promptly, overseeing employee data changes and HR documentation in Workday to maintain accurate records, and supporting leave of absence case management by coordinating with employees, managers, payroll, and third-party administrators. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining HR operational documentation, and providing backup support for new hire benefits overview sessions.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for those experienced in leave of absence administration and familiarity with Workday HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are essential.
