The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Monks is responsible for strategically partnering with leadership to align people and business objectives, fostering a high-performance and healthy work environment. This role emphasizes a consultative approach, utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making and promote the organizational culture.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic consultation to leadership on team climate, performance, and development; continuously reviewing team structures to optimize talent utilization; leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance data quality; diagnosing and implementing engagement, development, and retention strategies; conducting organizational risk and opportunity analyses; resolving complex cases with strategic impact; monitoring team transitions and performance calibrations; facilitating cultural strengthening initiatives; contributing to succession, recognition, training, mentoring, and feedback programs; ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws; supporting inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment initiatives; and building trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; a solid understanding of data analysis and metrics management; familiarity with Artificial Intelligence; strong influencing, conflict management, adaptability, and systemic thinking skills; a results-oriented, ethical, and assertive approach; previous experience as an HRBP or in organizational development; and preferably intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
