HRIS Manager (UKG)
Envoy Global is seeking a forward-thinking HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on UKG. The HRIS Manager will oversee system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
Key responsibilities include leading the HR technology roadmap and system governance, overseeing administration of UKG and related platforms such as Deel, Lattice, and Greenhouse, managing configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring data accuracy and delivering dashboards, analytics, and reporting, supporting workforce planning, compensation cycles, and people analytics, mentoring HRIS team members and leading change management efforts, driving process automation and cross-functional workflow improvements, and managing vendor relationships and major HR technology projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, 5–7 years of UKG experience encompassing administration and project leadership, experience managing or mentoring HRIS/HR operations staff, and strong HR process knowledge with reporting and analytics skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with integrations, APIs, and data feeds, HR/HRIS certifications such as SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, UKG Pro/Dimensions, and experience supporting global or complex workforce environments.
