Human Resources Group Leader

The Human Resources Group Leader (HRBP) will collaborate closely with business leaders across Banyan's headquarters and North American operating companies to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business objectives. This role involves supporting M&A activities, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts such as change management and organizational design. The HRBP will also serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, provide guidance on employee relations, and lead initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive work culture.
Candidates should have over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting U.S.-based organizations across multiple states. A professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge across HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment law. Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a data-driven mindset are essential.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD, excluding annual bonuses and equity. Salary is based on factors such as market conditions, location, and job-related skills and experience.
