The Enterprise Sales Executive at Hotmart is responsible for prospecting strategic clients, building solid relationships, and closing negotiations, managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end. The Commercial team aims to generate revenue through the sale of our products, playing a crucial role in driving the organization's growth and profitability by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and contributing to their success. This role involves close interaction with clients, ensuring they comprehend the impact Hotmart offers through creative economy, technology, and education.

Key responsibilities include mapping markets and segments, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, conducting active prospecting via various channels, developing personalized contact sequences, qualifying leads, maintaining lead lists and CRM data, generating and managing opportunity pipelines, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing commercial proposals, closing deals, managing contract negotiations, representing the company at events, collecting relevant information for proposal development, demonstrating proficiency in prospecting and negotiation techniques, and keeping the CRM updated with lead statuses and activities.

Required qualifications encompass proven experience in end-to-end sales (prospecting and closing) or similar roles, solid experience in prospecting and pipeline generation, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building abilities, proactive and resilient profile, capacity to work autonomously in a hybrid model (three days per week in the office), and strategic negotiation skills including the ability to develop proposals demonstrating ROI and payback, as well as constructing simple business cases.

Additional beneficial knowledge includes experience with platform sales, technology services, software, and B2B products, intermediate or higher English proficiency, and familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
