HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician at Rocket Lab's Space Structures Complex in Middle River, MD, plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the facility's HVAC systems, which are vital to the production processes of the Neutron launch vehicle. This position is integral to ensuring that Rocket Lab meets its launch schedules and maintains high standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The technician will also manage preventative maintenance schedules, diagnose various HVAC units, and oversee general building and equipment maintenance, including major renovations or construction projects as needed.

Candidates must have at least 8 years of HVAC maintenance experience, possess an EPA 608 Universal License, and have facility maintenance experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical device, or other heavily regulated manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
