Immigration Program Specialist
Applied Intuition is seeking an Immigration Program Specialist to lead and scale high-impact initiatives within its Global Mobility and Immigration Program. This role is integral to the People organization, supporting a rapidly growing workforce across multiple countries. The specialist will manage a substantial portfolio of over 300 immigration cases and more than 50 international relocations, utilizing data and AI to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing the company's end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary subject matter expert for major U.S. visa categories such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and PERM, while ensuring global compliance. The role also involves building and managing the rotation and mobility program, overseeing international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations. Additionally, the specialist will drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter. Designing scalable manager communication systems and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows are also essential aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility within a fast-paced, multinational environment. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of designing scalable programs that connect strategy to execution are essential. A systems-oriented mindset, the ability to build playbooks for repeatable, complex work, and genuine AI fluency are also required. Exceptional communication skills are necessary to translate legal nuances into business-aligned options for senior leaders.
Applied Intuition offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $114,000 to $181,000 annually, equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
