Implementation Manager, Dutch Speaking

As an Implementation Manager at Payhawk, you will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, configuring their accounts, and delivering tailored training to ensure a seamless integration of our AI-powered spend management platform. Your role will involve leading the implementation process, managing both external and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that each project aligns with our service level agreements. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain, and requires native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.

Your daily responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, developing customized project plans, and facilitating the adoption of Payhawk's features to maximize value for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers integrate Payhawk's capabilities with their internal processes to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback on product improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding and adoption experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or Project Manager in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent degree in a relevant field. A strong technical understanding of software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly are essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask across clients and colleagues are also important. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
