Implementation Manager, Healthcare (CLEAR1 - B2B)
As an Implementation Manager, Healthcare at CLEAR, you will lead the end-to-end implementation process for healthcare clients, ensuring successful adoption of CLEAR's identity solutions. You will collaborate closely with customer success, solution engineering, and operations teams to deliver seamless and compliant product launches that provide measurable value to patients and providers.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing healthcare client implementations from kickoff through launch, coordinating technical and operational requirements for integrations, workflow alignment, and compliance approvals. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely launches, serve as the accountable lead to meet technical requirements at key milestones, train client teams for operational success, and monitor performance to guarantee impact.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or program management, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology. Experience working with Epic and hands-on experience with EHRs, healthcare systems, compliance, and patient experience are essential. Strong project management skills, a proven track record of delivering successful implementations on time and at scale, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also required.
CLEAR offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, depending on skills and experience.
