Implementation Specialist - German Speaker
As an Implementation Specialist at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, particularly within the German-speaking market. You will guide clients through the technical setup of our products, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active usage. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain, and offers the flexibility to work from home or at one of our global offices.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full client onboarding cycle, from initial setup to successful account activation, with consistent follow-up. You will provide hands-on assistance during the technical installation of our scripts, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and monitor initial client data to confirm proper functionality post-setup. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure a swift and seamless handover of new accounts and work with technical and partnership teams to coordinate integrations and prioritize technical requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care, onboarding, implementation, or a similar customer engagement role. A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel tech ecosystem is essential. Familiarity with Business Intelligence, Benchmark Insight, Revenue Insight, or Channel Manager tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with fluency in English and German. Proficiency in Google Suite and content creation tools, as well as experience using Gainsight and Intercom, will be advantageous. An analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset is crucial, as is the ability to work remotely and manage multiple onboarding tracks.
