Square is building one of the most dynamic inside sales organizations in fintech and is seeking a proven Inside Sales Manager to lead, scale, and inspire a remote team of Account Executives. This role involves managing a high-velocity sales motion where inbound demand meets outbound hustle, turning interested sellers into thriving Square customers. The position is hands-on, focusing on building processes, coaching talent, and driving results within a data-driven and performance-oriented culture.

The Inbound Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing remote team of Account Executives focused on full-cycle selling. Responsibilities include driving predictable revenue growth through clear KPIs, metrics, and consistent quota achievement. The role also involves hiring, training, and promoting top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, the manager will create scalable processes to optimize pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to strengthen the go-to-market motion.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of inside sales management experience, leading quota-carrying Account Executives, with a track record of exceeding team revenue goals in a high-velocity sales environment. Proven success in hiring, ramping, and developing Account Executives to full productivity is essential. Experience managing remote teams with a focus on metrics and accountability, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels are also required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft is preferred.
