Square is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a remote team of Account Executives focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role is integral to Square's mission of providing accessible financial services and commerce solutions to sellers worldwide. The Inbound Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by converting inbound demand into successful customer relationships, contributing to Square's dynamic and rapidly evolving sales organization.

The Inbound Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing remote team of Account Executives, driving predictable revenue growth through clear KPIs and consistent quota achievement. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and promoting top talent, coaching for excellence through live call participation and data-backed feedback, creating scalable processes to optimize pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, and partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to strengthen the go-to-market strategy. The manager will also use data-driven insights to track performance and implement strategic improvements.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of inside sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives, a track record of exceeding team revenue goals in a high-velocity sales environment, and proven success in hiring, ramping, and developing Account Executives to full productivity. Experience managing remote teams with a focus on metrics and accountability, strong business acumen with the ability to build scalable systems and processes, exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels, and a data-driven approach to coaching and performance management are essential. Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS sales management, familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and a background leading teams selling into SMBs across multiple verticals are also required.

Compensation for this role varies by location, with annual salaries ranging from $135,800 to $245,400 USD, depending on the geographic zone.
