Indirect Procurement Manager
As an Indirect Procurement Manager at Agility Robotics, you will lead the sourcing and supplier management strategy for the company's indirect spend categories. These categories support broader business operations and may include areas such as professional services, facilities, information technology, logistics services, equipment, and other operational services. This role is integral to ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability in Agility Robotics' procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with operational and business objectives, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, and leading supplier selection and commercial negotiations. You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, drive cost optimization initiatives, establish and maintain preferred supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and financial controls.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with over seven years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with exposure to indirect procurement categories. Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreements across multiple service-based categories is essential. Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills, experience managing request for proposal (RFP) processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders are also required.
This hybrid position is based out of Agility Robotics' offices in Salem, OR, or Fremont, CA. The anticipated salary range is $148,000 to $230,000 USD, depending on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
