Influencer Marketing Specialist (Freelancer)
Monks is seeking a freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns for a diverse clientele. This role involves collaborating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign integration, while acting as the primary client liaison to provide regular updates and insights on campaign progress and performance.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends, overseeing campaign execution across various channels, monitoring and analyzing performance data to optimize ongoing campaigns, managing budgets to meet financial objectives, and identifying challenges to provide effective solutions for successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency, with strong competencies in campaign and account management. Proficiency in influencer marketing tools, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team are essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
