The Influencer Partnerships Manager at Awin is responsible for developing and managing influencer campaigns from concept through to execution and reporting. This role involves supporting advertiser outreach, proactively pitching influencer collaboration opportunities to prospective and existing clients, defining campaign objectives, identifying and recruiting relevant influencers, and ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully against client goals. The position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities include representing Awin at influencer-focused events, recruiting and onboarding influencers across the network using Awin’s Influencer Marketing Platform, supporting influencers in monetizing their content, developing and growing Awin’s managed influencer service offering, managing campaign budgets and commercial negotiations, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, creating influencer case studies and best practice guides, proactively supporting advertisers with influencer marketing objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and advertisers, collaborating with internal teams to support client growth and campaign success, staying up to date with influencer, social, and affiliate marketing trends, and supporting pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective and existing advertiser opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience working within the Influencer Marketing industry, strong pitching and presentation skills, confident negotiation abilities, experience working with influencer platforms via an affiliate network, proficiency in producing aesthetically pleasing marketing collateral, the ability to tailor recommendations based on clients' marketing goals, experience managing influencer and client relationships, familiarity with working within an affiliate network environment, a passion for the influencer market and social media trends, and a commercially minded approach to identifying growth opportunities for brands and influencers.
