Influencer Partnerships Specialist (f/m/d)
The Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager at Awin supports the strategic growth and day-to-day success of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for leading brands. This role involves close collaboration with senior team members to manage programs, analyze performance, and help shape influencer strategies that drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities include supporting client relationships by preparing for client calls, reporting, and follow-ups, leading defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives and seasonal activations, and drafting client-facing performance insights and recommendations. The role also involves analyzing creator and program performance to identify trends and growth opportunities, developing and executing influencer recruitment and optimization strategies, and overseeing day-to-day execution managed by specialists to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships, with experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with platforms like CreatorIQ, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools. Confident communication and growing presentation skills are also important.
