Information System Analyst
Cato Networks is seeking a Junior Information System Analyst to join our Information Systems team in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this role, you will assist users across various departments, including Product Support, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, by providing solutions and support for their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include implementing new features and capabilities on the Salesforce platform and its integrated tools, supporting end users, and addressing integration and process challenges to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Key responsibilities encompass managing user accounts, roles, and permissions for supported applications, troubleshooting automations and triggers, creating new fields, validation rules, and flows, and assisting users in generating reports. You will also support users with day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting, data fixes, and cleanups, and implement configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements while adhering to established development standards and best practices. Developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the company is also a vital part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in information systems and hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. A demonstrated technical aptitude and experience supporting SaaS applications are essential. Understanding business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into application functionality are crucial. Possession of Admin certification (ADM201 or ADM211) is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment are required. The candidate should be an effective problem solver, creative, show ownership, and be eager to resolve issues. Fluency in English is mandatory.
