Kaseya is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Bangalore, India. As a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, Kaseya empowers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sustained double-digit growth and collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering best-in-breed technologies.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing leads from qualification to closing, aiming to meet or exceed a quarterly quota of approximately $60,000. Your day-to-day activities will include outbound prospecting to generate new leads, qualifying inbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities, conducting product demonstrations in collaboration with Solutions Engineering, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and closing deals to ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record in a similar role. Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation is essential, along with exposure to full-cycle sales, including demos, nurturing, and closing deals. An MBA or engineering background is preferred but not mandatory. Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Question-Based Selling, or Solution Selling are advantageous. A background in IT Management Software sales is highly desirable.
