As an Inside Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our restaurant partnerships across Germany. Based in Berlin, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Wolt's presence in the food delivery market. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging top restaurants nationwide, managing the entire sales cycle from initial research and cold calling to contract negotiation and closure. You will maintain and update your sales pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with local operations teams to facilitate seamless onboarding for new partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for sales, with 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly in telephone-based selling. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone. A passion for the food industry and an understanding of restaurant operators' needs are highly valued. Proficiency in German at a C1/C2 level and confidence in English communication are required. A self-starter mindset, structured work approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
