Collaboration with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams is essential to ensure a smooth and compliant homeowner journey.

Candidates should have at least one year of phone-based sales experience in financial services or a related field, including closing experience on the product sold. Experience managing a customer pipeline and driving deals to close is crucial. The ability to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the NMLS shortly after hire is required, with multi-state licensing potentially necessary. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with G Suite tools and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce are advantageous.

Point offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commission potential, leading to expected on-target earnings of approximately $90,000 in the first year. To support new hires during their ramp-up period, a $1,500 monthly commission guarantee is provided for the first three months.
