Integration Engineer (Implementations)

As an Integration Engineer (Implementations) at Motive, you will play a pivotal role within the Partner & Ecosystem Engineering team, ensuring the seamless deployment and configuration of integration solutions for our customers. Motive empowers businesses in physical operations by providing tools that enhance safety, productivity, and profitability, serving nearly 100,000 customers across diverse industries.

In this role, you will lead the deployment of custom integration solutions developed by our team, ensuring they are tailored to each customer's specific environment. Utilizing platforms such as Mulesoft, Workato, and Zapier, you will set up, test, and refine integrations to meet customer requirements. Acting as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase, you will participate in customer calls and manage communications to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience deploying and configuring enterprise-level integrations, with a preference for familiarity with Mulesoft. Certifications in integration platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, or Boomi are advantageous. A strong understanding of authentication standards such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills and experience working within an Agile SCRUM environment are required.
