Integration Partner Manager
The Integration Partner Manager at Block is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), resellers, and channel partners. This role focuses on strengthening existing partnerships and driving long-term value within the Global ISV ecosystem. The position is based in London, UK, and reports to the Head of Channel Partnerships.
Key responsibilities include managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with ISVs, resellers, and channel partners. The role involves identifying growth opportunities within accounts, such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding commercial agreements. The Integration Partner Manager will drive the adoption and distribution of Square's products across the Global ISV ecosystem, ensuring partners are enabled, supported, and aligned with Square's strategic priorities. Additionally, the role encompasses owning the full post-signing partner lifecycle, including relationship management and performance tracking, leading ongoing commercial discussions, and monitoring partner performance to deliver measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in signing, launching, and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs, resulting in measurable new customer acquisition and revenue growth. A deep knowledge of various operating models around merchant or partner introduction, onboarding, compliance, and contracts is essential. An understanding of integrated payments and the interaction with POS software, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, is desirable but not essential. Strong analytical skills to demonstrate return on investment for partner initiatives, excellent project management skills to lead cross-functional, global initiatives, strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
