Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration & Test Lead to join the Maneuver Dominance team at our Costa Mesa headquarters. This role focuses on developing advanced airborne platforms, emphasizing vertical flight and mission autonomy to meet evolving defense needs. The successful candidate will work in a high-ownership culture, directly shaping products and accelerating the development cycle to fly new designs rapidly.

Key responsibilities include leading the use of testing as a design tool to support component and system maturation, developing and maintaining Hardware In Lab (HIL) and Hardware In The Loop (HITL) integration environments capable of simulating missions, and ensuring the safety of these environments by design. The role also involves developing and executing test plans, conducting Test Readiness Reviews, and supporting factory acceptance, ground, and flight tests of prototype and production systems.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with over 5 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing. Experience in developing and operating HIL/HITL environments for flight vehicles, vehicle/system-level integration and test experience with uncrewed and autonomous platforms, and proficiency in working safely with high-voltage systems are essential. Additional qualifications include extensive knowledge of electronics and communications troubleshooting, experience with Linux and software debugging, and a commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, with actual offers varying based on factors such as experience and education. Anduril provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, life and disability insurance, generous time off with a holiday hiatus in December, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and retirement savings plans. Relocation assistance is available depending on role eligibility.

Anduril Industries fosters a lean, high-ownership culture where employees directly influence product development and operate at a pace to fly new designs within months. The company is committed to transforming defense capabilities with advanced technology, offering employees the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on national security. This environment provides substantial growth opportunities and the chance to contribute to innovative solutions in the defense industry.
