Intern - Enablement
In this AI-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement internship at Diligent Corporation, you will engage in projects that directly influence the operations of our global revenue teams. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop an internal AI-powered localization agent, facilitating the rapid adaptation of Commercial Plays and sales materials into multiple languages. Collaborating closely with our AI mentor, you will shape prompts, workflow logic, and document standards, test the agent with users, and iterate based on feedback to deliver a globally utilized tool. Additionally, you will create an AI-assisted reporting workflow that transforms session attendance and feedback into clear insights and summaries for business leaders.
Beyond these AI initiatives, you will gain practical experience in the daily operations of a global SaaS GTM organization. Your tasks will include coordinating enablement sessions, managing calendars, organizing communications, and maintaining internal resource libraries such as playbooks, FAQs, and pitch decks. This blend of strategic AI work and operational support offers a comprehensive view of how product positioning, sales enablement, and performance measurement drive commercial success.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow builders. Strong communication skills, excellent collaboration, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are also required. Prior exposure to AI through coursework, personal projects, or hands-on use of tools like GPT or Copilot is a strong plus but not mandatory.
