Intern (Part Time) - Partnerships
OneTrust is seeking a Part-Time Partnerships Intern to support and enhance our Partnerships function. This role involves coordinating partner initiatives, including enablement programs, onboarding, and events, while collaborating with various internal teams. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Key responsibilities include managing the Partner Enablement Program by organizing training sessions and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. The intern will assist in executing partner events and communications, such as webinars and follow-ups, and support the partner onboarding process to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate tracking and reporting of partner activities and assisting with partner operations, including contract management and internal coordination.
The ideal candidate is fluent or highly proficient in English, both written and spoken, and possesses strong organizational and coordination skills. Effective communication abilities and comfort in working with multiple stakeholders are essential. The candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and solutions-oriented, with an interest in partnerships, sales, marketing, or business development. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) is also desired.
This part-time internship requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, with a duration ranging from 6 months to 1 year. The start date is in June or early July.
