Intern Sales Development Program (Italian-Speaking)
Celonis is seeking an Italian-speaking intern to join its Business Development team in Madrid, Spain. As a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis offers a dynamic environment for individuals eager to contribute to the company's growth and transformation of business processes.
In this role, the intern will support the sales team by conducting account research, identifying key decision-makers, and engaging in strategic prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social strategies. The primary objective is to initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives and assisting in advancing these opportunities through the sales cycle.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a structured approach to work. Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian and business proficiency in English are required. Availability for at least six months of full-time commitment starting in July, September, or October 2026 is essential.
The internship offers a structured two-week onboarding process, weekly coaching sessions, and mentorship by senior Business Development Representatives. Interns will gain real-life exposure to the Business Development role with dedicated target accounts and monthly targets, providing a clear pathway into full-time Business Development Representative positions.
