Intern Sales Development Program (Turkish-Speaking)
Celonis is seeking a Turkish-speaking intern to join its Business Development team in Madrid, Spain. As a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, Celonis is at the forefront of transforming business operations through advanced AI capabilities. In this role, the intern will engage in account research and strategic prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling. Key responsibilities include aligning focus accounts with the account team, identifying and sourcing key influencers and decision-makers within target companies, and initiating sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. The intern will also accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle and present progress reports to sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results.
The ideal candidate is a student of Business Administration or a comparable program, who works in a structured manner and is a fast learner. Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment are essential. The candidate should be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in sales. Native (or equivalent) proficiency in Turkish and business-fluent English are required, with other European languages considered a plus. Availability for at least six months of full-time commitment is necessary.
Celonis offers a structured two-week onboarding process to learn the essentials of tech sales, weekly coaching sessions with management, and mentoring by senior Business Development Representatives. Interns will gain real-life exposure to the Business Development Representative role with dedicated target accounts and monthly targets, and have the opportunity to quickly take ownership by calling into senior management of prospects from the third week.
