Intern Strategic Program Management
The Intern Strategic Program Management role at Celonis offers an opportunity to engage in the execution of strategic initiatives across various departments, including Value Engineering, Product, Strategy & Operations, Ecosystem, Services, and Business Applications. As a Strategic Program Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in translating executive decisions into actionable programs, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with Celonis's mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include enabling data-driven decision-making for management, designing and conceptualizing strategic programs with a focus on data analysis, supporting and overseeing program execution from inception to completion, coordinating and guiding all involved parties in their respective streams, taking ownership of specific streams to ensure their success, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery, and reporting to executive management on program progress and outcomes.
To be considered for this internship, candidates should be students of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Management, Economics, or a comparable program. The role requires the ability to act autonomously in high-ambiguity situations, strong stakeholder management and project management skills, proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets, confidence in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences, experience in consulting with a keen interest in data analytics, and full-time availability for at least five months starting from July or August 2026.
