Intern Sales Development Program (Nordic Market)
As an Intern in the Sales Development Program at Celonis, you will be an integral part of the Business Development team based in Madrid, Spain. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, dedicated to transforming business processes through AI and data-driven solutions. In this position, you will engage in comprehensive account research and strategic prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing key decision-makers within target companies, initiating sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives, and accompanying sourced opportunities through the sales cycle. Additionally, you will present and report your progress to sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results.
The ideal candidate is a student of Business Administration or a comparable program, who works in a structured manner and is a fast learner. Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment are essential. Native (or equivalent) proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish) or in English is required. For this role, you should bring at least 6 months of full-time availability.
Celonis offers a structured 2-week onboarding process to learn the essentials of tech sales, weekly coaching sessions with management, and mentoring by senior Business Development Representatives. You will have real-life exposure to the Business Development Representative role with dedicated target accounts and monthly targets, and the opportunity to quickly take ownership by calling into senior management of prospects from week three.
