International Finance Pricing Manager
Envoy Global is seeking an experienced International Finance Pricing Manager to refine, scale, and execute our global pricing strategy with a strong emphasis on international operations. This role begins as an independent contributor and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys owning complex pricing systems, leading multi-department initiatives, and driving operational excellence.
You will take full ownership of our international pricing catalogue, oversee system administration, manage large-scale pricing projects, and partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance. Your work will directly influence how we price, position, and deliver our services across global markets.
Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the global pricing catalogue, including system administration across all fee types and currencies. You will serve as a primary partner to Sales and Operations teams, supporting pricing inquiries, client fee sheets, and RFP responses. Additionally, you will lead and manage international pricing implementation projects, collaborate across multiple departments, and operate as the project manager for ad hoc pricing initiatives and strategic pricing adjustments. Evaluating and enhancing current SOPs to reduce redundancy, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional quantitative, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills, with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects across time zones, and have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the full MS Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement approach. A minimum of 5 years of international pricing experience within a corporate environment is required, with experience in the immigration or global mobility industry considered a plus. Familiarity with Power BI and BillingPlatform is advantageous, as is a track record of improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting scalable operations. Demonstrated success working effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting is also important.
