International Marketing Consultant

BetterHelp is seeking an International Marketing Consultant to lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in international markets. This role is integral to BetterHelp's mission of making mental health care more accessible globally.

The International Marketing Consultant will oversee paid media strategies across various international markets to achieve optimal return on investment and brand key performance indicators. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing new initiatives to drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement high-impact international growth strategies, and managing the international testing roadmap, including incrementality, new channel, landing page, and creative testing.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in international marketing or related fields. Experience managing large performance marketing budgets across countries, strong analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization, and excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, and the ability to travel internationally as needed is required.
