IQC Inspector I/II
Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking an IQC Inspector I/II to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of components used in our aerospace systems. As an IQC Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials and parts to verify they meet specified standards and requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting detailed inspections of incoming materials, components, and assemblies using precision measuring instruments. You will document inspection results, identify non-conformances, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality standards are essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are essential.
