IT Associate
Braze is seeking an Information Technology Associate to provide technical assistance to employees. This role involves fulfilling service desk requests, including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and hardware, supporting macOS and iOS hardware, and troubleshooting printer configurations. The position requires on-site presence five days per week, with occasional travel to other office locations.
Key responsibilities include providing in-person and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing conference room equipment, supporting live events, and handling account provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace. The role also involves conducting new employee onboarding sessions, creating knowledge base articles, managing computers and mobile devices through Kandji and Google MDM, procuring IT hardware and software, and performing basic network troubleshooting.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of technical support experience, the ability to multitask and prioritize issues, high attention to detail, and empathy in addressing user issues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting Apple computers and mobile devices, a basic understanding of wired and wireless networks, and experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration are required.
The position offers a salary range between $71,000 and $79,000 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $79,000 and $87,800 per year, including bonuses or commissions.
