The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, including hardware setup, software installation, user access management, and complex troubleshooting. Key duties involve managing user administration within Identity & Access Management systems, monitoring system performance, and ensuring consistent IT service availability across multiple time zones. Additionally, the role includes promoting IT and InfoSec policies, supporting IT asset management, and staying current with industry trends to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Proficiency in O365 and ITIL practices, strong troubleshooting skills across various operating systems, and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems are essential. Excellent English communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCITP are highly desirable. The role may require occasional domestic and international travel.
