IT Operations Analyst I
The IT Operations Analyst I at Hotmart is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure across all offices, with a primary focus on the Belo Horizonte location. This role involves proactive support to minimize incidents, optimize processes, and ensure that technology solutions are consistently ahead of business needs. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, performing specialized troubleshooting on systems and devices, and managing the lifecycle of IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding. The analyst will also oversee corporate telephony, design and implement process automations, ensure the functionality of meeting rooms through daily checks and preventive maintenance, and strategically manage hardware inventory to maintain organization and availability.
Candidates must be available for full-time, on-site work in Belo Horizonte and possess technical proficiency in support roles, with the ability to diagnose software and hardware failures. Prior experience in corporate environments providing technical support or hardware maintenance is required, along with a proactive approach to problem anticipation and preventive maintenance. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is also necessary.
