IT Support Analyst

Monks is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing essential technical assistance across our global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues reported by employees, managing hardware and software installations, and maintaining system performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting network problems, configuring new workstations, and providing support for various applications used within the company. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, with experience in both Windows and Mac operating systems. Proficiency in networking concepts, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges are highly valued. A degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with relevant certifications, will be advantageous.
