This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations within our tech-enabled clinics, allowing clinical teams to deliver uninterrupted care to children and families. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, with travel requirements up to 30% to support clinic setups and foster relationships with field teams.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-level technical support across various platforms, including electronic health records (EHR), video conferencing, and secure messaging systems. Key duties include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, provisioning and managing devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, and ensuring timely setup of accounts and permissions during onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining clinic audiovisual setups aligned with Frontera's telehealth and data capture platform requirements.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a clinical or field-based environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and mobile platforms (iOS/Android) are essential. Experience supporting HIPAA-compliant environments or SOC 2 readiness is preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel regularly to support clinic setups and build relationships with field teams is also necessary.

Frontera Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
