IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is responsible for ensuring that employees have state-of-the-art, always-on, and fully functional IT solutions. This role reports to the IT Operations Director and is part of the IT department. The position is primarily based in Pueblo, Colorado, with responsibilities extending to the Penrose, Colorado location.
Key responsibilities include providing high-level customer support with a focus on ownership and follow-through for every interaction. The specialist will work closely with corporate Information Technology, Applications, and Information Security teams to ensure enterprise solutions enable the Voyager team to execute business tasks effectively. Additionally, the role involves designing, documenting, deploying, and supporting a wide range of technologies used by the Voyager team, as well as managing schedules and providing after-hours and weekend support when necessary.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of enterprise service desk experience managing IT support tickets and a minimum of 1 year of experience in executive IT support. Proficiency with Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems is essential. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, ActiveSync, Microsoft SharePoint Server, and Teams is also required.
Preferred qualifications encompass a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience. Experience with Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing technologies is advantageous. Familiarity with Halo and/or Okta is also preferred.
The base salary range for this role is $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
