IT Systems Engineering Manager

Archer is seeking a highly experienced IT Systems Engineering Manager to lead our Systems Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, and Digital Workplace technology team. This role is pivotal in delivering a world-class technology experience to our employees, ensuring operational excellence across core IT services, and driving the evolution of our digital workplace strategy as the company scales.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing multi-functional IT team, establishing roadmaps and capacity plans for various IT pillars, overseeing the administration and reliability of core IT infrastructure, guiding systems architecture decisions, and managing device strategies across multiple platforms. Additionally, the role involves overseeing collaboration tools, implementing IT governance and compliance strategies, driving integration and automation efforts, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and partnering with Security, Engineering, and Facilities to maintain a secure and productive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Computer Science or a related IT/Engineering discipline, with over 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Hands-on familiarity with identity management systems, endpoint management tools, and core SaaS systems is essential. Experience in building and scaling IT systems in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and system administration, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Archer offers a pay-for-performance culture with a targeted base pay between $152,100 and $190,100 for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. and inclusive workplace, supporting and celebrating all team members.
