As a (Junior) Research Analyst at WPP Media, you will be responsible for conducting statistical analyses and developing econometric models to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns for both internal and external clients. This role is integral to providing data-driven insights that inform marketing and sales strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include managing projects from end to end, encompassing data preparation, modeling, analysis, visualization, and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with client teams to offer consultative support based on robust analytical findings, deriving actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree or equivalent qualification with a quantitative focus, such as in business informatics, statistics, or natural sciences. A strong affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of multivariate data analysis techniques and statistical methods are essential. While prior experience in market or media research is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language is desirable, along with a willingness to develop skills in cloud computing and GitHub. Effective communication skills are crucial, with the ability to convey complex technical and mathematical concepts to both experts and non-experts. Fluency in German and good English skills are required.
