Junior Talent Discovery Consultant (Recruiting)

The Junior Talent Discovery Consultant will join Monks' Talent Discovery team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support key talent acquisition processes and develop sourcing and selection skills. Monks is a global, digital-first, data-driven company specializing in marketing and technology services, aiming to redefine how brands interact with the world.

In this role, the consultant will assist in the end-to-end selection process, from initial profile kick-off to final placement, under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include defining search strategies, providing market insights to hiring managers, ensuring cultural and technical fit, managing candidate communications, tracking throughout the recruitment funnel, and ensuring compliance with Talent Discovery processes. Additionally, the consultant will help design, analyze, and present reports to monitor process health, identify deviations, and recommend improvements.

Candidates should have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or similar platforms, practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, candidate sourcing, and reporting. Knowledge of the digital market and Argentine labor legislation is preferred, or a willingness to learn. Advanced English proficiency is required.
