As a Key Account Partnership Manager at Awin, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on fostering sustainable growth within their affiliate programs. This role involves building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying innovative commercial opportunities to enhance their performance. In this position, your primary responsibilities include proactively advising strategic clients to promote business development and achieve target KPIs. You will establish Awin as a relevant partner within the client's digital ecosystem through regular meetings, create performance and benchmark analyses, coordinate and manage client-related budgets, and expand existing and new collaborations within the affiliate program. Additionally, you will support internal project initiatives aligned with Awin's objectives and participate in industry and networking events.

The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in online or performance marketing within a client-focused environment. A strong emphasis on quality, customer orientation, and service readiness is essential. You should demonstrate reliable escalation and conflict management skills, solid sales techniques, and strong persuasive abilities. Creative thinking to introduce new ideas and drive client development, along with analytical skills and a basic technical understanding of tracking topics, are also required. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are necessary.
