Lead AI Deployment Architect
Celonis is seeking a Lead AI Deployment Architect to join our strategic services organization, focusing on the technical aspects of customer engagements and delivering tangible business value. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. You will collaborate closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.
Key responsibilities include pitching the Celonis AI value proposition to customers and aligning our solutions with their AI strategies. You will prototype, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and large language model-based solutions. Additionally, you will identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings. Collecting and sharing AI success stories with the organization and our customers is also a vital part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing role with a consultancy or business software/SaaS provider. Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems, is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are required. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, are also necessary. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field is required.
