Lead Care Navigator
Spring Health is seeking an experienced Lead Care Navigator to oversee the daily operations of the Care Navigation department. This role is integral to our mission of eliminating barriers to mental health by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized care to our members. The Lead Care Navigator will collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance member experiences and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include serving as an advanced clinical resource, monitoring communication channels to assist various teams with member-related issues, and providing clinical consultation to support staff. The Lead Care Navigator will reassign scheduled calls as needed, coordinate outreach for crisis situations, and ensure adequate coverage on crisis and on-demand lines. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring new hires, balancing caseloads, and participating in special projects to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate holds an independent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) and has a minimum of three years of direct clinical care experience. Expertise in crisis assessment, safety planning, and interventions such as CBT and motivational interviewing is essential. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and proficiency with various computer platforms are also required. Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
Spring Health offers a competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, along with stock options and comprehensive benefits.
