Additionally, the Lead - Ecommerce will manage a team of 2-3 practice and platform specialists based in Mumbai, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with an overall professional experience of at least 13 years. A strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, e-grocers, and hyperlocal platforms, is essential. Proficiency in digital advertising and media platforms like Google, Facebook, and Amazon is required, along with the ability to leverage industry connections to achieve client e-commerce targets. Experience in roles such as category management, media monetization, e-commerce key account management, business development, and strategic alliances is highly desirable.
