Spring Health is seeking a Lead Product Manager to enhance the member experience in navigating mental health benefits. This role involves defining the product vision and strategy, focusing on how members understand and access care. The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include developing a member-centric information architecture to ensure clarity and consistency, collaborating with Engineering and Data teams to translate complex eligibility and coverage constraints into a coherent user experience, and leading cross-functional delivery with Design, Engineering, and Clinical Operations from discovery through iteration. The role also involves building and executing rollout plans with Customer Success Managers, including creating enablement materials and customer-facing messaging, as well as defining success metrics and using data and qualitative research to inform iterations.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of product management experience with ownership of a core user-facing experience area. They must demonstrate the ability to simplify complex systems into clear user experiences and have a proven track record of driving launch readiness and adoption with go-to-market partners. Experience working with healthcare infrastructure or within an early-stage startup environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven tradeoff decisions are essential.

The target base salary range for this position is $182,000 to $242,880, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
