The Lead Product Marketing Manager, New Business at Spring Health is a pivotal role within the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. This position focuses on developing and executing narratives, tools, and materials to drive the acquisition of new customers across key verticals. Spring Health is dedicated to revolutionizing mental healthcare by eliminating barriers to access, partnering with over 450 companies to provide services to 10 million individuals.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of core pitch narratives and demo storylines tailored to buyer personas, building and scaling industry-specific toolkits for sales across sectors such as healthcare, retail, and finance, and serving as a strategic marketing partner on large deals by creating finalist presentations and customer-facing content. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey, maintaining a library of sales-ready assets, and leveraging market trends and buyer feedback to inform messaging and asset development.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of product marketing or related experience, with a strong track record in new business acquisition and B2B marketing. Expertise in developing compelling sales narratives, pitch materials, and industry-specific value propositions is essential. Experience collaborating on large, strategic deals in competitive markets, strong communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required. Prior experience in healthtech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth environments is preferred.

The target base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $194,810, complemented by a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
