May Mobility is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee the development of autonomous vehicle platforms. This role involves coordinating across multiple departments, including Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Development, and Operations, to ensure timely and successful project milestones. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Program Management and is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Lead Program Manager will set timelines and goals for large-scale autonomous vehicle development programs, manage program timelines, track deliverables from product definition to launch, and identify dependencies across tasks and teams to maintain alignment. Responsibilities also include anticipating risks and implementing mitigation plans, communicating with partner vehicle OEMs to align program plans, managing changes to meet desired outputs, presenting progress reports to stakeholders, and championing safety and quality priorities.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Development and have 7-10 years of experience in program management with complex products. Strong organizational skills, a passion for process and people-oriented solutions, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong technical aptitude are essential. Desirable qualifications include PMP Certification, experience with ADAS or Vehicle Control products, previous experience in a high-growth startup, and experience working with Japanese Automotive OEMs or Suppliers.
