Lead Project Manager
As a Lead Project Manager at Celonis, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of our Process Intelligence technology for our most strategic clients. This role is integral to our Services team, which focuses on delivering technical solutions and driving product adoption. Celonis is a global leader in Process Mining technology, dedicated to transforming business processes through data-driven insights.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and activities from initiation to completion, ensuring each project meets client requirements and is delivered on time. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Regular communication with stakeholders and maintaining up-to-date project documentation are key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication skills and a background in consulting are essential, along with experience in managing both onshore and offshore consulting teams. Proficiency in project management disciplines, including documentation and risk management, is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $156,400 to $174,250, along with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
